How to prepare for MT. Evetest challenge?


Mt Everest requires mental and physical preparations like few other sports. Endurance, stamina, and strength are all necessary. Let me tell you what to do to be in the best shape.

3-4 times a week I take part in Crossfit workout in local gym. This training combines weight training, aerobics and gymnastics. Biking 3-5 times a week is another part of the aerobic physical training regime. It all depends on the working schedule, but I prefer mountain biking outside, even when it is very cold and snowy. I use 3 bikes for different purposes: cross country race bike, all mountain bike and fat bike.
